What is PrepaidChina?

A virtual-first international spending product.

PrepaidChina begins as an app and virtual international card designed to make occasional international spending feel straightforward. A physical card may be an optional later product and is not required for the core use case.

Open. Add. Spend.

Get verified once. Receive a virtual international card. Save it with ordinary online merchants and services. Then, when needed, add only the amount required.

    VERIFY ONCE

    Identity, employment, salary/tax and source-of-funds checks required by the regulated partner.

    GET THE VIRTUAL CARD

    The customer receives a virtual international card and can save it with online merchants/services.

  3. 03

    ADD WHAT IS NEEDED

    The customer chooses the amount needed, e.g. £30, from a lawful approved funding source permitted by the partner.

  4. 04

    AUTHORISE

    The customer confirms the funding step using the approved China-side payment method or bank flow.

  5. 05

    SPEND

    Value becomes available under the partner-approved structure and the customer completes the purchase.

PrepaidChina is not the bank, issuer, remittance provider or FX provider. Licensed partners determine and operate the regulated financial infrastructure.
